SHIPPING:
We ship orders within 2 days of the day the order is placed. We must ship perfume via ground transport according to the law. Shipping can take 1-7 days with our carrier, UPS (usually one day within NYC). We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays and lost packages.

For deliveries to Canada and areas outside of the continental United States, shipping will be calculated during checkout.

RETURNS:
We accept unused, unopened returns in original packaging within 14 days from order receipt. To initiate a return, email contact@casadesuna.com

We accept returns by mail or in store for items purchased from D.S. & Durga within 14 days from the day the order was received. Items must be returned with original packaging and in unused and unopened condition and a tracking number/proof of delivery must be provided.
