For US orders, non-candle full price merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Kindly note, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the parcel must be postmarked within the 7 day timeframe. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. We suggest you choose a trackable shipping service as The Floral Society is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during transport.

All products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, as new, in saleable condition.

Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns from Canada at this time.
