Cancellation Policy 

We understand that plans can change, and we want to make managing your subscription as easy as possible. If you wish to cancel your floral subscription, please notify us at least 15 days before your next scheduled delivery. 

Cancellations made within this window will ensure your upcoming delivery is skipped and your billing cycle is paused or ended accordingly. Cancellations requested less than 15 days before the next delivery date will apply to the following billing cycle, and your scheduled order will still be delivered as planned.
