If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and its packaging. Our team will review the claim and submit it to the manufacturer on your behalf.
Once the claim has been assessed, we will provide the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or store credit depending on the manufacturer’s guidelines.
