Damages & Defects
Report any damages, defects or discrepancies to our Customer Support team within 30 days of receipt. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture and finish are not considered defects. They're part of what makes each piece unique.
Returns
All returns require prior authorization. Once approved, an RMA number will be issued, FedEx return labels emailed to you, or instructions provided to arrange an LTL return. Drop off return merchandise at your local FedEx location or arrange a pickup with our customer support team. All returns and claims will be credited to the original payment method once received and processed. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging with no price labels and in the condition in which it was received.

Changed your mind? A 30% restocking fee applies and return freight costs will be billed to you. Returns made without prior authorization are also subject to a 30% restocking fee and return freight charges. All sale items are final sale.
