The pruners that have been earning their keep since 1760.
William Whiteley & Sons have been hand-forging scissors in Sheffield, England since 1760. The Wilkinson Garden Pruners carry that same legacy — hot forged by craftsmen using techniques passed down for centuries and fully Teflon coated for corrosion resistance and lasting durability. The Wilkinson trademark is a nod to Thomas Wilkinson & Sons, incorporated in 1875. Light in the hand but built for tough work, the extra-long handles give maximum leverage through thick stems, vines and thorns, while one serrated blade ensures a clean grip on the most stubborn cuts. Nimble enough for flower arranging and Ikebana. Originally commissioned by the British Post Office to cut mail bag ties - now the most useful thing in your garden.
